Firepit-online.com has a huge range of fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, fire bowls, fire tables and related accessories. However, not all of them are available in the showroom.
If you’ve seen a product on the website and want to come and see it, please contact us first. This way you can be sure that the item is in stock and ready for you to view. This service is free and without obligations. You are not obliged to purchase the product.
Because of a moving, not all products are present in the showroom. Please contact us for a visit.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE SHOWROOM?
If you pick the option ‘collect at our warehouse’ while ordering online you can collect the order the next weekday, provided that the item is in stock.
Do you need the product the same day? You can telephone or email and the item will be ready for you. The item is then ready for you in our showroom and can be paid for directly.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN THE SHOWROOM?
Yes, you can. Please contact customer service first, so that any replacement items can be set aside for you in advance.
Of course it is also possible to get your money back. Please note that the price of a showroom product paid by debit card is refunded to your account. Unfortunately we cannot settle this in cash.
Payments made online, for example with iDEAL, are refunded to the account that made the payment.
