Canceling an order
The cancellation of an order is only possible when your order has not been processed. Contact us as soon as possible when you want to cancel your order. We can’t cancel your order once it’s been processed. You can choose to return items within the trial period. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Changing an order
Do you accidentally order the wrong product? Or would you, in hindsight, like to adjust the number of ordered items? We ask you to contact us as soon as possible contact by email or phone. Once an order is placed and paid for, it is prepared for shipment as soon as possible and handed over to DHL. This way we can offer you the fastest delivery. It may be that your order has already been processed and shipped. At that point changes can no longer be accepted. You can choose to return items within the trial period.
