Canceling an order

The cancellation of an order is only possible when your order has not been processed. contact us as soon as possible when you want to cancel your order. We can’t cancel your order once it’s been processed. You can choose to return items within the trial period. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Changing an order
