VIEWING PERIOD AND CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

A statutory approval period of at least 14 working days applies in the Netherlands from 13 June 2014. ? From the moment you receive the article you have a period of 14 days to cancel the order without giving any reason. You can do so in writing (an email to our customer service is sufficient) or if the product is already delivered, by returning it (the costs for returning are your own).

It’s possible to have second thoughts about an order. That is why you’re entitled to a 14 day trial period after delivery. But what if you have ordered and change your mind immediately? You don't have to wait until the order has arrived to return it.

Give us a call, or send us an e-mail (in which your name, customer number and the order number are listed) and your order will be cancelled. We can also notify you whether the items are already on their way and how to act if they are still presented to you by the carrier. Of course, cancellation is free of charge and we hope that next time you will order from us.
